Every once in a while we suggest to our friends and families that they could support us through donating practical items. These donations can be important extras for our homes, and our Assistants.

We are currently wishing for the following:

• Bicycles in good repair (so that the Assistants can travel from their home to the office and around town)

We are also wishing for volunteers:

• An experienced plumber and an experienced carpenter. In the next year, the kitchen at Heiwa house needs to be completely renovated. Anyone interested, please call the L'Arche office at 465-0618 ext. 225 and leave a message for Grant.
  
  
• A person with a dog. We have an individual who would like to take walks with a pet, but who needs accompaniment. Could you come and walk your dog and make a friend at the same time?
